I don’t always do this. Yesterday, I pulled a triple workout. I did 30 minutes of cardio in the morning. Then, I did my delts and traps (shoulders) with my workout partner, Krista Riddley and my evening workout was legs with Meenu Sharma. For the finale, we walked 15 minutes on the treadmill before exiting the gym. All I can say is Burn..Baby..Burn!
