Delts and Traps ( shoulders)

gray dress 2Growing up as a young lady,  my shirts and jackets had shoulder pads to help fill out my shoulders.  But I’ve found an even better way of filling out my shirts and jackets – and that’s by building my shoulders.  No more bulky padding underneath my garments.  I just hit the gym with shoulder presses, lat raises, upright rows and shrugs.
